When you arrive at the parking lot of the building, please scan the front for all the different door to enter. Your best entry is door “D” which is completely at the opposite end of the main entrance. When you enter through door “D” you will go up the stairs to the second floor, down the narrow hall to the red door and when you are in the hallway of the second floor my studio door will be to your left. #205.
At the studio there will be water provided from water cooler, a mini fridge where you can store your bottles of snacks and a microwave as well. Public restrooms can be found down the hall from the studio on the same floor. The building does have a wonderful café on site Café del Monko. You can find its hours of operation on their website and please refer to them prior to coming incase you will need to pick up lunch or a snack. They are typically not open on weekends. The parking lot offers more then ample parking but at times, due to the production studio next door, there might be a major production being filmed and it can be hard to find space in the lot. In this case I recommend you call me right away and arrange for baby or pregnant mother to be dropped off so that alternative parking can be found. This way mom and baby do not have to walk to far from the studio. There really is not an elevator on site, but there are multiple lifts in the building and for mothers who are having physical issues related to pregnancy or birth, I do tell you to not use the stairs in fear of injury, but rather meet me at door “C” in the center of the building where the lift exits at ground level. You would in this case call me as soon as you arrive at the building so I can come down with the lift and meet you. Please feel free to put your infant car seat in your accompanying stroller and you can stroll into the lift and then down the hall to the studio.
